This working paper uses longitudinal data from 1960 to 2010 from 19 developed democracies to evaluate the relationship between the changing dynamics of two different trade union power resources characteristics, i.e., associational and institutional powers, and the extent to which they relate to the socio-economic rights policy for foreign workers.
This report documents the outcomes of the peer learning dialogue (hereafter PLD) on challenges and solutions in preventing, detecting and proving undeclared work in new forms of work, such as work through digital labour platforms.
These instructions have been drafted based on the specific request of the Armenian Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs within the project “Improving coordination of social protection and employment service delivery in Armenia and Tajikistan” and aim to assist the implementation of new processes for integrated policy approaches in Armenia.
