BACKGROUND

High-quality health and social care services should be available to all individuals and their families irrespective of age, ethnic and cultural origin. The increasing diversity in European societies creates the need for training to students and professionals to enable them to provide person-centred and diversity-sensitive health and social care to all individuals. The project addressed this need through the development of training for health and care students, open educational resources for students and professionals as well as policy recommendations. People with migration background and stakeholders participated in the design of the trainings and open educational resources.
