The consortium of the DI.S.C.O.P.M.B. project met for its first Transnational Partner Meeting on 14-15 December in Ghent. The main focus of the meeting was the start of developing the training package to be used across health and care professions. This activity is led by HOGENT. The methodology used in this part of the project is the 'diamond model', split in a discovery and a define phase. Partners also developed a theory of change map to be used in the evaluation of the project.
