The DI.S.C.O.P.M.B. project aims to improve person-centered and diversity-sensitive care for older people with migration background. The project focuses on developing a training programme for health and social care disciplines, open educational resources for students and professionals and policy recommendations for national and EU-level stakeholders and policymakers.
