This report summarises insights gained during the policy review and aims at further sharing these with a wider audience. It provides a brief overview of existing approaches towards monitoring and evaluation (M&E) in Armenia as well as in the other participating countries, highlights the main challenges and issues discussed during the policy review and outlines the key messages of the event on how to improve M&E activities.
