Growing Up in Digital Europe (GUIDE), a research infrastructure with ESFRI status, is set to be Europe’s first comparative birth cohort survey. A number of potential future ethical considerations and trends may impact the development of the GUIDE infrastructure and future research in children/youth, both in Austria and across Europe. This online workshop will help to identify, map and assess main drivers of change, and discuss trends and potential future challenges associated with establishing the GUIDE survey, both in Austria and beyond.
