The European Labour Authority (ELA) has launched a new feature titled 'Stories from the ground' based on the study our colleagues at the European Centre in collaboration with colleagues from Milieu Consulting SLR conducted in 2024 on the posting of third-country nationals with a focus on contracting chains, recruitment patterns, and enforcement issues. The aim of this feature is to put the study on the posting of TCNs published by ELA in 2025 into context, with main highlights on the journey of posted TCNs in the EU and their experiences, while also including the key findings of the study. In an interactive and accessible format, the new feature makes complex empirical findings digestible to broader audiences, and by thus doing, amplifies its reach beyond specialized audiences.
