On 3 December 2025, the European Centre for Social Welfare Policy and Research will join partners and EU stakeholders in Brussels for the ECHOFunds European Dissemination Event. The event is led by the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Fundamental and Human Rights together with partner organisations. The project focuses on strengthening how EU funding processes comply with the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights. Our colleagues Sabina Gjylsheni and Anette Scoppetta will present insights from the project on enhancing Charter compliance and on fostering the partnership principle and the involvement of national human rights bodies. Together with representatives from EU institutions and civil society, participants will also exchange good practices and discuss lessons learnt for the next Multiannual Financial Framework starting in 2028.
