A new study commissioned by the European Labour Authority (ELA) and implemented by the European Centre in collaboration with Milieu Consulting SRL was launched at an event organized by ELA and the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights in Brussels on the 20 March 2025 in the premises of the European Economic and Social Committee as well as online. The event aimed to present the findings of the study on Contracting chains and recruitment patterns of posted third country nationals and discussion the safeguards for posted TCN workers and the role of social partners and civil society in supporting TCNs. The hybrid event brought together representatives of EU institutions and agencies, national authorities, social partners, research community, and civil society.
Our colleague and co-author of the study, Sonila Danaj, participated in the Panel discussion II on Different approaches to address challenges affecting the working conditions of posting of third-country nationals.
