As part of a project commissioned by the WHO Kobe Centre, colleagues Cassandra Simmons, Mirjam Pot and Kai Leichsenring have published a co-authored article in Health Policy titled "Disentangling the impact of alternative payment models and associated service delivery models on quality of chronic care: A scoping review". This article aims to link alternative payment arrangements for healthcare services within their context of service delivery, to assess their impact on quality of chronic care, and to disentangle, where possible, the impact of payment reforms from changes to service delivery.
