Kai Leichsenring and Magdi Birtha provided an online training on ‘Quality assurance in delivering social services – from commissioning to monitoring performance’ to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of Armenia, on 20 and 21 June 2023. Around 40 officials from the Armenian Ministry and public authorities exchanged and discussed about how to define quality of delivering social services and organise quality management systems for services that support persons with disabilities, older people with care needs and children and organise quality management systems for services that support persons with disabilities, older people with care needs and children. The training is part of the ‘Bridge Building Peer Reviews and Trainings’ project and financed by the Federal Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection of Austria.
