Journal article: Psychosocial needs of receivers of LTC services remain unaddressed

Care needs are frequently defined as need of help with different types of activities such as preparing meals or bodily care. Research based on interview data with older adults and their informal carers from Austria, Slovenia and Finland demonstrates that psychosocial needs often remain unmet and that informal carers are burdened because they help out in case of insufficient care services.
