Our colleague Sonila Danaj delivered a lecture on 'The posting of third country nationals via EU Member States' at the training module on the EU labour mobility regulatory framework organized by PWC on behalf of the European Labour Authority (ELA). She talked about the increase in the use of third country nationals (TCN) as posted workers, the patterns and factors that shape TCN posted workers’ labour mobility, workers' vulnerabilities, the challenges with regard to their protection and to the work of the enforcement agencies. The online transnational training brought together representatives of labour inspectorates across the EU who also shared their experience with TCN posted workers after her presentation.
