This workshop takes place during the Platforum conferennce "Together for a fair deal for workers!" organised by the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) on September 25 & 26, 2025 in Nicosia, Cyprus. Participants will learn how to help workers submit GDPR requests to obtain their personal data and information on algorithmic management from platform companies, practice analysing and visualising worker data and explore real examples of how these insights can support trade-union goals such as recruitment, collective bargaining, and litigation. The session features hands-on activities and introduces free resources—including request templates and a data-visualisation tool—developed by the GDPoweR project.
