The aim of this policy brief is to present the main challenges that sending construction companies may face in accessing information when providing services under the posting of workers regime, and the good practices that information providers have adopted to overcome these difficulties. The analysis focuses on the cases of Austria, Belgium and Italy - three receiving countries with complex collective bargaining systems and where the construction sector plays an important role in the national economies. The policy brief is based on empirical data collected within the INFO-POW project through semi-structured interviews with 23 experts and information providers in the three case countries.
