This chapter presents the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the quality of life of informal caregivers in Austria from June 2020 to January 2021. The chapter finds that while time spent caring decreased from June 2020 to January 2021, informal caregivers had poorer (self-assessed) health and mental health overall compared to the general population.
