DESCRIPTION

This literature review is the second Working Paper of the project “Mapping promising social services and policy measures to support the independent living of older people”. This paper defines a good practice in the context of provision of community-based services for older people and, based on the good practice definition, builds up tools, the checklist for identifying practices for potential up-scaling and the good practice template for policy transfer.
