In this Policy Brief, Klimentina Ilijevski and Aleksandra Iloska (Association for research, communications and development “PUBLIC”, North Macedonia) present the current trends and existing legislation on posting in the Republic of North Macedonia. The authors discuss the existing institutional capacities as well as their needs and requirements for the full transposition and implementation of the Posting of Workers Directive (96/71/EC) into national legislation in the country.
