In this Policy Brief, Sanja Cukut Krilić (ZRC SAZU, Slovenia) presents the current state of affairs of posting in the Republic of Montenegro. The author discusses the existing institutional capacities as well as their needs and requirements for the full transposition and implementation of the Posting of Workers Directive (96/71/EC) into national legislation in Montenegro.
