The Fifth Plenary meeting of ECoPP took place in Brussels on the 3rd of February 2026. The initial workplan for 2026 was discussed in detail. In 2026, the network will work in the following groups: 1) ECCP Group – to raise awareness and develop ideas and activities for sharing information on the partnership principle and the ECCP (this will be composed of members of the ECoPP core group); 2) Partnership Advocacy Group – informed by the work of the ECCP group, members will act as liaison points between the ECoPP and the Managing Authorities in their respective member states, and with EU institutions. Their role will involve sharing the latest thinking on implementation of the partnership principle and the ECCP, and providing examples of how this is being applied in their countries and regions; and 3) Webinar Groups – these groups will plan and develop content for two webinars in 2026. The event was organized by DG REGIO; the two partnership experts, Leda Stott and Anette Scoppetta, led through the event.
