The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) has contracted Milieu Consulting SRL and the European Centre to conduct a study in collecting empirical evidence on access to justice for posted third-country workers in the European Union focussing on six EU Member States (three sending and three receiving), covering TCN posted workers of different ethnic backgrounds working in at least three different sectors. The results will contribute to a report on TCN posted workers access to justice for FRA.
