The new Horizon Europe project EGRUiEN - Encouraging a Digital and Green Transition through Revitalised and Inclusive Union-Employer Negotiations had its kick-off meeting on 3-4 March in Jyvaskyla, Finland.
The project consortium led by the University of Jyvaskyla and composed of eleven partners from Austria, Estonia, Finland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, and the UK came together to discuss implementation plans and research design strategies. EGRUiEN aims to provide ground breaking research on the adaptation practices and strategies of social dialogue institutions in face of systemic labour market transformations, such as digitalisation and green transition, as well as the growing share of non-standard work in the European workforce.
