Our colleague Sonila Danaj was a panelist at the launch event of the European Labour Authority's strategic analysis report Construction sector: Issues in information provision, enforcement of labour mobility law, social security coordination regulations, and cooperation between Member States organised by ELA the and the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in Berlin on 25 September 2023. Along with Tom Deleu – Secretary General, European Federation of Building and Woodworkers (EFBWW) and Domenico Campogrande – Director General, European Construction Industry Federation (FIEC), our colleague reflected on the findings of the study and shared the ELM team's research findings on the challenges, access to information for posted workers and posting companies, digitalisation and subcontracting related to the posting of workers in the construction sector.
