The European Centre is going to support the WHO Regional Office for Europe in developing principles for quality management in long-term care and recommendations for mechanisms to promote quality in long-term care delivery. As a first step, a scoping review will be provided that will also feed into a project to strengthen quality management tools and processes in Moldova.
