We are happy to share the results of our study on the working conditions and trade union attitudes of food delivery riders in Austria. The results are based on an online survey among 303 riders conducted in late 2021 and early 2022 by the European Centre with support from the Austrian trade unions, the Riders Collective and European Trade Union Institute.
