Cassandra Simmons presented findings from the REGRESS project at the 7th International Workshop on the Socio-Economics of Ageing (IWSEA) in Lisbon on 29-30 October. Her presentation focused on the distributional impact of abolishing asset-based out-of-pocket payments for residential care in Austria and possible alternative financing mechanisms.
