DESCRIPTION
On Friday 6 November, 9:00-11:00 a.m., the Austrian SWaPOL team will carry out its online Multiplier Event.
Objective of the meeting: Multiplication of the SWaPOL training on local level beyond the project time.
Target groups:
- Social Work: Course leaders, Heads of Department of schools of social work, leading officials in the field of homelessness and prevention of substance abuse.
- Police: Chief police officers of all Austrian counties (Landespolizeipräsidien).
Agenda:
- Welcome by Fachhochschule Joanneum Graz
- SWaPOL in partner countries: Portugal and Belgium
- Report from Austrian pilot training
- Statements from community policing and social work practitioners
- Discussion on possibilities of multiplication on a local level
