The next speakers of the new Jour Fixe of the European Centre on 14 April 2020 would have been our colleagues Veronica Sandu and Magdi Birtha. They intended to present the initial conceptual framework they are developing for a tool to collect and assess good practices of non-residential support services for older people with long-term care needs. This is part of their project on mapping promising social services and policy measures that contribute to the independent living of older people, following the impact of recent deinstitutionalisation efforts in the disability and care fields.
The Jour Fixe takes place once per month (every second Tuesday in the month) with a pre-announced agenda (duration: 90 min max, e.g. 12.00-13.30). This session of the monthly Jour Fixe of the European Centre scheduled for 14 April 2020 has been cancelled.
