Based on the presentation of the current situation in Germany, discussions with participants representing German stakeholders and in particular the German Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Family, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth as well as the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs focused on the complexity of regulatory measures and potential caveats from a German – and European – perspective.
