Integrated care programmes provide care to older people living at home. Plans to improve existing ways of working were designed, implemented and evaluated to enlarge the understanding of what works and with what outcomes when improving integrated care.
Sustainable development is a key challenge in the local, national and global context. Our contributions to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) relevant to social and health policy are highlighted in each of the 26 projects described in this report.
The needs assessment provides a review of the capacities of the four candidate countries of the Western Balkans, namely Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia, to implement the Posting of Workers Directive (96/71/EC).
