In this Policy Brief, Mimoza Agolli and Nirvana Deliu (European Movement in Albania, Albania) present the current trends and existing legislation on posting in the Republic of Albania. The authors discuss the existing institutional capacities as well as their needs and requirements for the full transposition and implementation of the Posting of Workers Directive (96/71/EC) into national legislation in the country.
