New project: Mapping trends and policies to tackle homelessness in Europe

DATE

In a new project, commissioned and funded by the Swedish Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, European Centre researchers will use a rights-based approach to examine existing national policies in specific areas (e.g. Housing, Health, Minimum Income etc.) relevant in the context of homelessness and compare them across countries. In developing a multi-dimensional framework with corresponding indicators that will provide the basis for the comparative analysis, the research aims to contribute to improved monitoring of homelessness in Europe, as part of the implementation of the European Pillar of Social Rights.
