The European Centre hosts the fourth event of the Vienna Evaluation Network. The topic is 'The role of programme theories in evaluation' by guest speakers Karin Kohlweg and Lisa Ringhofer. Thereafter, participants will discuss the topic & exchange experiences, followed by informal networking.
