Dates and timetable
The INTERLINKS Final Conference will start on 12 October 2011 at 8 p.m. with a reception at the Schlosskeller of the conference venue (Hotel Schloss Weikersdorf) on behalf of the Regional Government of Lower Austria. It will then run from 13 October 2011 (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) to 14 October (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.). You are kindly invited to all events of the social programme, meals and coffee-breaks.

Please reserve online (Code: INTERLINKS) or by email as soon as possible but no later than by 31 July 2011. After this date we cannot guarantee for negotiated room rates. Please mind also that the conference will be restricted to a defined number of participants on a "first come - first served" rule. Cancellations of rooms are free of charge till 8 weeks before the conference.

Travel & Transfers
You are kindly requested to arrange your travel to Austria individually. The nearest airport to Baden is the Vienna International Airport in Schwechat.
With Austrian Airlines we have agreed on a 15% discount on all applicable fares to Vienna. To profit from this offer, please enter the Code: ILFC11 in the eVoucher/Gutschein field on the Austrian Airlines homepage (www.austrian.com) booking-engine.
Conditions for the 15% discount:
- Booking period: 1 June until 15 October 2011
- Valid for flights to Vienna and return as of 28 September 2011 until 28 October 2011 (final date for return flight) on all Austrian Airlines flight numbers.
Transfers from Schwechat to Baden can be arranged through Airportdriver. Please contact directly Ms Bianca Redler. The price for a one-way transfer is up to € 50 per car and up to € 67 per minibus. The company will pick you up at the lobby of the arrival hall, i.e. a driver with your name on a nameplate will wait for you. Should it be possible to group several participants, you will be able to lower the cost/person. Please mention in your email to Ms Redler the code INTERLINKS and that you would be willing to share a taxi with others or if you would prefer an individual transfer. The transfer-company will try to arrange the groups depending on your arrival and on your special request.
General information, terms and conditions
- You are kindly requested to make your own travel and accommodation arrangements (see links above).
- No conference fee will be applied. The organisers will cover all conference costs at the venue as well as all meals (lunches, coffee breaks and the 2 dinners on 12 and 13 October 2011).
- Your attendance will only be registered by submitting this registration form before 31 August 2011. You'll receive a confirmation of your registration at the latest one week after submitting this registration form. More detailed information (including the final programme) will be sent to you before the conference.
- For technical reasons only registered participants will be accepted during the conference.
- The conference will be held in English only. Unfortunately, no translation will be available.
- There will be a conference desk next to the meeting rooms for any problems to be resolved during the conference.
