Accomodation

At the hotels listed below accommodation has been reserved at special rates for conference participants. These rates including breakfast and all taxes are only available when using the special Reservation Forms attached. Please book your hotel by end of January 2008 to avoid disappointment. Reservations after that date are subject to availability and normal rack rates may be applied. Facilities for people with special needs are available to some extent in the selected hotels. Participants with special mobility needs are encouraged to register early and indicate their requirements directly to the hotel.

The Conference Secretariat do not provide hotel booking services. Hotel Bookings, as well as alterations or cancellations thereof can only be made directly with the hotel concerned. All delegates are responsible for paying the balance of their account when checking out of the hotel.
