Jiří Král
Jiří Král is Director General for Social and Family Policy at the Czech Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Since 1990 he has been cooperating with ILO, Council of Europe, OECD, WB and other international organizations and was involved also in the process of accession in the EU in the field of social security. He was a founded member of the Czech Society of Actuaries (since 1991), General Reporter of the Permanent Committee for Statistical, Actuarial and Financial Studies of ISSA (1995 - 1998) and its Vice Chairman (1998 - 2004), a member of the ISSA Bureau (since 2004) and a member of the Committee of Actuaries of the UN Joint Staff Pension Board (since 2000) – since 2007 its Chairman. Since May 2003 he has been a member of Social Protection Committee of EU.
